Viable communities rely on partnerships between private and non-profit sector in order to make housing affordable for everyone and to ensure the availability of community services.  

 

Get inspired by guest speaker, Mark Guslits, MRAIC, OAA, local panelists and your neighbours  for a conversation about urban development and a vision for our  communities.

Mark Guslits is an Architect and Developer with extensive experience in private-non-profit partnership initiatives. He currently leads the revitalization initiative in Regent Park, Toronto, and the largest community housing development in Canada. 

 

This event is hosted by the Affordable Housing Association of Nova Scotia, Community Action on Homelessness, and the Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Dalhousie University.
