[CAH] National Housing Day Breakfast: November 22nd

November 22 is National Housing Day.

 

A Day set aside to recognize the continuation of homelessness as a National Disaster and to promote the need for a National Housing Strategy for Canada

 

The Action Group of CAH is hosting a Community Breakfast at 

 

St. Mathews Church Hall

1479 Barrington St.

8:00am -9:30 am 

 

The morning will feature a presentation from proceedings of the CAH Blueprint for Change: A Community Housing Budget as well as a panel discussion of individuals who have experienced difficulty finding affordable housing. 

 

Representatives from all three levels of government have been invited to speak to their role in collaborating effectively amongst themselves and with community to ensure all are adequately and affordably housed in HRM
