Home Bridge Youth Society: a non-profit charitable organization serving
youth at risk, between the ages of 12-18, in 6 residential facilities in the
Halifax Regional Municipality. 

Tawaak Housing Association: provides housing for the First Nations community
in Nova Scotia. Units are located throughout the province.

performing stand-up comedy since 1991, and is always a crowd favourite!

and openness as well as her combo of chattiness and cattiness, bonds her to
audiences and has enabled her to be voted by NOW magazine in 2003, as the

Raising the Roof is a national charity dedicated to finding long-term
solutions to the growing problem of homelessness.  Raising the Roof
volunteers sell Toques to raise funds for our recipient charities, and to
raise awareness for homelessness in our community.
