A special presentation of the Youth and Community: Together 4 Peace Project

On THURSDAY, MARCH 1st / 6:30pm 

at the North Branch Library

2285 Gottingen Street

"Join us as we bring important community issues to the table."

Justine Carvery and Dyrell Nelligan, students at St. Patrick's High, 

will reflect upon their concerns relating to the north end community when
they ask thoughtful questions about where we have been, and where we are
going. Lindell Smith, also a student at St. Pat's, will launch a new DVD
that explores similar issues, and offers a visual record of the leadership
activities of local youth who are making positive change happen in this
community. The evening will also feature a special

appearance by the Sisters' One and Strong (S.O.S.) Girls' Book Club. 

This project is funded by the National Crime Prevention Strategy, Community
Mobilization Program.
