[CAH] Upcoming Workshop: Working with Transgender Youth

Please find attached information about an excellent professional development
opportunity presented by the Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual Youth Project, titled
"Working with Transgender Youth" on Tuesday, April 24th from 9am-3pm. 
 
This workshop will provide those working with youth the opportunity to
explore ideas around gender and gender identity, issues facing transgender
youth, supporting and appreciating transgender youth and to learn about
resources available. Participants will have the opportunity to acquire the
knowledge and skills needed to create open and safe spaces for transgender
youth. Participants will also have the opportunity to hear from youth about
their experiences.
 
Accompanied documents include a poster, information sheet and registration
form in both Word and PDF. Please pass this information on to all those who
may be interested. Maximum attendance is 25 participants.
